tips bisnis Jamur

Hello boys and girls,,

aku mau sedikit sharing nih masalah bisnis JAMUR.

To Be a Smart Consumer On the internet,HOW?

dam dam damn...Do you remember the scene in the movie, “Back to the Future” when he went to the wild wild west and there was no law and order?  Well that's what has happened on the Internet. Anyone can and many have put up web sites promoting everything you can think of, legal and illegal. So until we have a new sheriff in town we as consumers have to watch our own backs.http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Be-a-Smart-Consumer-on-the-Internet&action=edit#

Think this out. Realize that just because they have a web site, it does not mean they are a legitimate company.
Look at the web site and see if you can find out the name of the owner and the location of business. If you cannot do this, it should be a red flag.PO BOXES ARE NOT ADDRESSES

#  Call that city business license department and see if they are a legal business. If they are not, you should pass on them for you cannot make a legal contract with an illegal business. This is especially true if you don’t know who they are.
#  STUDY the site for breaking of any laws. If you go to a site and you see many different trademark characters all over it, it is a good sign that they are not legal.Animal shows  and fire works are in most towns  against codes.
#  [[Image:Cowboys.jpeg|right|179px]]Research to see if they sell illegal items. They may be selling things you should not be able to buy in your state or country. If you purchase them on the net, you should realize you can still be in trouble with the post office.
#  Check for labels. Don’t be fooled by labels. If they have labels that say they are with a trust worthy group, check for yourself. Many put up stickers similar to putting a security sign in your yard when you have no security system in place.
#  Check all references. Do not give them your credit information until you check them out.
#  Always hire and buy local. That way, if you have a problem you have recourse and can get lots of personal references.
#  [[Image:ID Card.jpeg|right|181px]]DO NOT LET strangers into your home. Check everyone’s ID at the door.
#  Ask them about employees. They may have a great web site, but send out someone you would not want in your home. Ask for the name of the person and do a search on the web for them. Remember that many names are common, so you need ages and locations. Also ask how long this person has been working for them.
#  Seek help with problems. If you have a consumer problem, contact places like the FTC or your attorney general office. The FTC will put the company on a data system and all agencies will be alerted to them. Just remember to have your facts so you will not be in trouble for turning them in. It’s important to seek professional legal help for serious problems as these suggestions are not to be construed as legal advice.
#  [[Image:Contract.jpeg|right|180px]]Insist on a written contract. One that has names, address, date, phone number, and spells out what they will do, when they will do it, and the agreed amount of money. Remember hiring someone that is cheap is like buying a watch on the street, it’s cheap but it’s not insured and probably not legal, so when it stops keeping time, you are out of luck.

upload a website,HOW?

please ceck this out..

1.Perform research on the Internet for the various options available for building a website and choose the one that is best for your experience level. Some are simple while others are geared more to experienced website creators

2.Find a website hosting source. Many Internet providers provide free hosting space to their customers, but there are other free and inexpensive website hosts available.
  • Consider the amount of space the hosting source offers. Basic, non-flash enhanced websites can require up to 100 megabytes. Highly animated websites require much more.
  • Check out some of their hosted sites for loading speed.
  • Determine whether they offer 24/7 support for their clients.
3.Create your website. It is not necessary to create the entire site before uploading. You can add pages or change them as your site grows.

4.Download a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) application. These programs are used to upload information to servers.
  • Check with your web host to make sure that they support FTP.

5.Install the FTP application. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  • You may need to get information from your web host, such as the FTP name needed. They may also have specifics as to where and how to save your website files.

6.Connect to your web server using your FTP application. Enter the user name and password and server information provided by your web host. If you are uncertain about this information, contact your web host.

7.Open the FTP client on your computer. Some FTP programs will display 2 windows, which is called FTP transfer. Some will require you to use an upload feature, which is called FTP upload.
  • For FTP transfer programs, select the files from your computer containing the website pages. Click and drag the files from the window containing your computer's files to a similar folder in the other window displaying the files on the web server.
  • For FTP upload programs, the left pane will contain the files on your computer. The right pane is a view of the server. Create a folder in the right pane for your website pages. Click on the appropriate files in the left pane and click the upload button. If the program does not have an upload button, right click on the file and click upload.

8.And the last, Check to ensure that all files have loaded properly through your web browser. If not, you may need to repeat FTP transfer or upload process.

'G' Map With Excel Data and Fusion Tables,HOW?

#  Get your information together. There are several formats that could be used, but we're going to use a Comma Separated Value (.csv) [[Make a Spreadsheet in Excel|spreadsheet]] like [[Make a Spreadsheet in Excel|Excel]] to organize our data. You can put any kind of information that might be useful into this [[Export a CSV Contacts File to Your Blackberry|.csv file]], but be sure to include the full address in one field. Download the sample address.csv file suggested in the "Sources and Citations" below. Below is an example of what a row of data would look like:<br><br>Joe's Diner, 1 Main St Lakewood NY 14750, 800-123-4567

#  Log in to Google Fusion Tables. Open a web [[Choose an Internet Browser|browser]] and go to http://www.google.com/fusiontables. If you have a [[Make a Google Account|Google account]], use that to sign in. If you don't have a Google account then you'll have to create one.

#  Once signed in, you'll see a list of public tables. What you will do first is click the gray "New Table" button that is on the left of the screen. This will bring up a drop-down menu where you will then select "Import Table".

#  The "Import" page will pop up in a new browser tab or window, so be sure it isn't blocked by any [[Turn on Pop up Blocker|pop-up blockers]] on your computer. In this window, you'll be given options as to where you will import from. "From This Computer" will be selected, which is what you want, and you'll then click the "Choose File" button. This will allow you to browse through your computer and select the address.csv (or whatever .csv file you wish to use) to upload to the fusion tables site. Once you've selected it, click the "Next" button on the bottom right.

#  After clicking "Next", your .csv file will start to be uploaded. Once finished, you'll see a preview of the data and all the columns in the spreadsheet. There will be a check box above each column, columns that will be imported will have a check mark. If your [[Make a Spreadsheet in Excel|spreadsheet]] had a header row for column names, it should have known this and selected that row as the header. Click the "Next" button.

#  The final import screen will allow you to set any table descriptions. You can leave these settings as they are. Click on the "Finish" button on the bottom right to create the fusion table.

#* When the import has finished you'll see a table view of your data. Any column that is able to be translated into a map location will be highlighted in yellow and will have a small globe icon next to it when the mouse is over that field. For our address.csv file, the address column is highlighted. If you click that globe, it will translate the address to a [[Get Longitude and Latitude from Google Maps|Latitude/Longitude]] location. But we don't have to do that, later the fusion table will do it for us!

#* If your data does not have a column highlighted in yellow, that means that the Fusion Tables weren't able to automatically pick a column that specified a location.  To do this, click the Edit menu, then select Edit Columns.  From here you will click on the column that holds your location data.  After clicking, on the right you will see a drop down list labeled Type.  Select Location from the drop down list, then click Save in the bottom left of this screen.  After this, your column should be highlighted yellow.

#  In order for people to see this data outside of the FusionTables site, we'll have to "Share" it. On the right of the screen there is a share button; click it. You'll see that this table is set to private, so you will have to change it to Unlisted or Public in order to have it viewed in your website.  It is recommended that you select "Unlisted" – this means you can share the data – but people can't search for and find it on the FusionTables site. After selecting "Unlisted", click the X in the top right to close this screen.

# Once you have your address data and it's on Google's site, it's time to map it! This is so easy, it's almost wrong. In the Menu there are options for File, View, Edit, Visualize, Merge. Click "Visualize" and then select "Map".

#*Your address data is now automatically translated into a map location and a map marker is placed on a [[Add Google Maps to Your Website or Blog|Google Map]] for each valid location!

#  Click the link on the right that says "Get Embeddable Link". This will display a text box with automatically generated html code for you to place on your web page. Also notice that if you click a marker, all the information for that record shows up in a nice message window.

#  You may have noticed that not all of the addresses were translated to a map location. Click the Visualize menu and select "Table"; you'll see the rows that were not translated are still [[Highlight Text in a PDF Document|highlighted]] in yellow. Click the globe icon next to the address and you'll be able to manually search for and select a matching location

# Finish up. The image here shows the final product, or you can visit: http://www.chautauquahomes.us/wikihow/FusionTables/ to see the live example.

#*If you feel like it, you can click on the "Configure Info Window" or "Configure Styles" links in order to customize the look and feel of the map markers and the message display window.
#  "Manually" moving a map marker.  If your map marker wasn't placed where you thought it should be, you are able to manually search the map for the exact location!  Visualize your fusion data as a Table, move your mouse cursor over the column that is used as the map location and you will see an image that resembles a globe.  Click it.

#  Use the Location Selector window to search for the exact location.  You will see a red marker for where the current location is set.

#  Use the text box to put in an address to search for a click the search button.  You will see green markers show on the map telling you  where Google thinks your location is.

#  Keeping changing your search until is displays a green marker where you want it, then click that green marker and select Use This Location.

Bimo
